At Shopa Nation, we love to offer amazing deals through promotional sales, including seasonal discounts, flash sales, and clearance offers. To ensure transparency and provide the best shopping experience, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions specific to these promotions.
Store Credit Offer Terms:
Store credit amounts offered during promotions may vary depending on the campaign. Unless otherwise stated, each customer account is entitled to receive a one-time store credit per campaign, regardless of the number of products purchased in a single order, including multiple units of the same product.
- Non-stackable: Not multiplied based on quantity or number of purchases.
- Non-transferable: Issued to and usable only by the account it was granted to.
- Final: Not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Purchasing multiple quantities of the same product within the same order or campaign will not increase the store credit amount. By participating in any promotional campaign, you agree to these terms.
1. What Are Promotional Sales?
Promotional sales include special offers, discounts, or deals available for a limited time, such as:
- Seasonal Sales (e.g., End-of-Year sales, Spring collection discounts).
- Flash Sales (e.g., limited-time deals like 24-hour or weekend sales).
- Bundle Offers (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free, multi-item discounts).
- Clearance Sales (e.g., final markdowns, seasonal inventory clearance).
- Event Sales (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other holiday-specific promotions).
2. Return and Refund Policy for Promotional Items
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
- Promotional items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to the customer.
- For defective or non-conforming items, customers are entitled to a full refund, repair, or exchange as per Malaysian law.
3. Exchanges for Promotional Items
At this time, exchanges are not available for promotional items to maintain hygiene and ensure the safety of all our customers.
4. Refunds for Promotional Items
Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
- Final Sale or Clearance Items: Refunds are not allowed unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Discounted, Conditional, or Bundled Items: Refunds will be processed based on the final amount paid after any applied discounts, promotions, or bundle pricing, and not the original retail price.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent or defective product).
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item or upon cancellation approval.
- Please note that business days do not include public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
