Store Credit Policy

At Shopa Nation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that a resolution involves store credit, the following policy outlines how it works, how it can be used, and important terms you should know.
Please review this policy carefully before requesting or accepting store credit.
1. Eligibility for Store Credit
Store credit may be offered in the following situations:
- An item is returned in accordance with our Refunds & Resolutions Policy.
- A product is unavailable for fulfillment, and you have chosen store credit as your preferred resolution.
- As a goodwill gesture in cases of minor issues or delays not qualifying for a refund.
- In lieu of a refund for orders affected by Force Majeure Events where fulfillment is no longer possible.
Store credit is provided at the discretion of Shopa Nation and subject to our final assessment.
2. Store Credit Value
- The value of the store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the product(s) excluding any taxes, duties, or non-refundable fees (if any).
- If shipping was paid, it may or may not be included based on the specific situation.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
3. Validity Period
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Expired store credit may be extended once.
- You will be notified via email of your store credit details, including expiry date and instructions for use.
4. How to Use Store Credit
- Store credit can be redeemed on our website, www.shopanation.com, during checkout.
- If the total order amount exceeds the store credit value, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid payment method.
- If the order total is less than the store credit value, the remaining balance will be preserved and usable within the original validity period.
5. Non-Eligible Items
Store credit cannot be used for:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or bespoke orders (unless issued specifically for these products).
- Previous purchases or past orders.
6. Lost or Misused Store Credit
- Please keep your store credit code secure. Shopa Nation is not liable for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of store credit once it has been issued.
- If you believe your store credit has been compromised, please contact us immediately for assistance.
7. Store Credit and Promotions
- Store credit cannot be combined with certain promotional codes, discounts, or offers unless explicitly allowed.
- Orders made with store credit may not be eligible for promotional gifts or offers.
8. Extension of Expired Store Credit
We understand that sometimes life gets busy. If your store credit expires before you’ve had the chance to use it, you may request an extension under the following condition:
- Expired store credit may be extended once by paying 50% of the original expired store credit value.
- The extension will be valid for an additional 6 months from the date of approval.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the store credit’s expiration date.
- To request an extension, please email us at hello@shopanation.com with your reason for extension.
Shopa Nation reserves the right to approve or deny any extension request at its sole discretion. Extension fees are non-refundable.
